Texas Roofing and Construction Services LLC Introduce
For homeowners in Pasadena, Texas, a roofing project is a significant undertaking that demands trust, skill, and a high degree of professionalism from a chosen contractor. The local environment, with its strong storms and intense heat, makes the quality of a roof an urgent matter. A properly installed roof not only protects a home but also ensures it can pass inspection and maintain insurance coverage. Unfortunately, not all experiences with roofing contractors are positive. This article is intended to provide a factual and informative overview of Texas Roofing and Construction Services LLC, based on publicly available customer feedback. This information is crucial for local residents who are considering a home improvement project and underscores the importance of thorough due diligence.
The core of any roofing contractor's reputation is the quality of their work and their communication with clients. In the case of Texas Roofing and Construction Services LLC, customer reviews paint a picture of significant and concerning issues. Multiple clients have reported a pattern of poor workmanship, including improper installation of materials like drip edge, exposed wood, and an insufficient quantity of materials leading to bare spots on the roof. These are not minor cosmetic flaws but serious defects that compromise a roof's ability to protect a home and pass standard inspections. Furthermore, there are serious allegations of a lack of communication, with the business owner, identified as Matt, allegedly going "radio silent" after receiving payment and failing to address these critical problems. This behavior, if accurate, represents a severe breakdown in professional conduct and leaves clients in a vulnerable and frustrating position.
Texas Roofing and Construction Services LLC is located at 3025 Beverly Rd, Pasadena, TX 77503, USA. While a physical address provides a point of contact, the accessibility of a company is measured not just by its location but by its responsiveness. In a scenario where a contractor's work is allegedly defective and they are not returning calls or voicemails, the physical location becomes less relevant than their willingness to resolve issues. For locals in the Pasadena and greater Houston area, a company's proximity should be a secondary concern to their reputation for reliability and accountability. The reviews suggest that in these cases, the company's accessibility was severely compromised at the most crucial time—when a problem needed to be fixed.
Based on the publicly available information, it is difficult to confidently detail the full scope of services offered by Texas Roofing and Construction Services LLC. However, the provided reviews indicate that the company has engaged in the following work:
Roof Installation and Replacement: Both reviews are centered on the installation of new roofs, suggesting this is a primary service offered by the company. The issues reported relate to the quality and completeness of these installations.
Storm Damage Repair: The context of the reviews, referencing insurance agents and insurance renewals, strongly implies that the work was done to address storm damage. This is a common service for roofing contractors in the Texas region.
Windstorm Certification: A significant point of contention in the reviews is the lack of a Windstorm certificate, which is a critical document in Texas for ensuring a roof is installed to meet high-wind requirements for insurance purposes. This suggests that the company is involved in projects that require this type of certification.
The provided customer reviews highlight some very specific and serious points that prospective clients should be aware of. These are presented here as features and highlights, but in this context, they serve as red flags and areas of concern.
Allegations of Poor Workmanship: Reviews consistently mention improper installation, including the wrong size drip edge, exposed wood, and bare spots where materials ran out. These are fundamental errors that affect a roof's performance and longevity.
Failure to Secure Certification: The lack of a Windstorm certificate, which is necessary for a roof to pass inspection and be properly covered by insurance, is a major issue. This can have significant financial and legal consequences for the homeowner.
Lack of Communication and Ghosting: The most severe allegations are that the company's representative, Matt, becomes non-responsive after receiving payment. Customers report that calls and voicemails are not returned, leaving them with an unresolved problem and a feeling of being abandoned.
Material Shortages: A review states that the company ran out of materials during the job, leaving bare spots on the roof. This reflects poor project planning and management, which can lead to a substandard and incomplete finished product.
Unresolved Issues: Despite a customer being "more than patient" and months passing, the roof was allegedly never fixed, suggesting a complete failure to honor their commitments and rectify mistakes.
The provided contact information for Texas Roofing and Construction Services LLC is as follows: The address is 3025 Beverly Rd, Pasadena, TX 77503, USA. The phone number is (832) 652-1105, which is also listed as their mobile number. This information is publicly available, but the reviews suggest that using this contact information for resolution may not be successful.
In conclusion, for residents of Pasadena and the wider Texas region, the publicly available information about Texas Roofing and Construction Services LLC provides a cautionary perspective. While this content is intended to be informative, the details provided by multiple customers point to significant problems with workmanship, professional conduct, and accountability. Issues such as improper installation, the failure to secure a necessary Windstorm certificate, and a reported lack of communication after payment are critical factors that any local should consider. For a Texan homeowner, a new roof is an investment in safety and security. When a contractor's work is alleged to fail inspection and put a property at risk, it is a serious matter. Therefore, before engaging with this or any other contractor, it is strongly recommended that locals conduct their own thorough due diligence, verify licenses and certifications, and seek multiple quotes from companies with a proven track record of positive and reliable customer experiences. This will help ensure that their roofing project is a successful one, avoiding potential legal and financial headaches.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Roof was installed wrong and after months and months of getting the run around, it still isn't fixed. Installed the wrong drip edge, there's exposed wood, ran out of materials and left bare spots, the overhang is uneven by several inches in several places. To top it off, I was never made aware of it until my insurance agent told me that the roof was never certified!!!! The certificate is always included in the install. It wouldn't pass inspection! It wasn't until i brought this up to the sales manager that I was told about the 2x2 drip instead of a 4x4 and there were other issues with it. Insurance renewals have already passed and my roof still isn't fixed. I would really love to avoid a lawsuit, but you won't return my calls or answer my voicemails. This is bad business and truly disappointed that this is being handled the way it is. Never do business with this company. Matt orders the wrong materials/or not enough and goes radio silent when you need something resolved. FIX MY ROOF AND AVOID SMALL CLAIMS COURT! I'VE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT!
Feb 18, 2025 · rebekah smithWhere to start? Matt, you need to make the roof you put on, RIGHT! So much wrong with it and you have ghosted me. You did horrible work, drip edge is wrong, wood is exposed, we never received a Windstorm certificate, and the BRAND NEW ROOF WILL NOT PASS INSPECTION! Quit cutting corner (literally) and make this right!
Feb 15, 2025 · Justin MeyersI had an outstanding experience with Texas Roofing. Matt and his team demonstrated impressive efficiency, completing the roofing project right on schedule. My new roof looks fantastic, and I absolutely recommend Texas Roofing!
Jan 15, 2025 · Kayla HicksMatt has great workers who get the job done, he puts his clients first and cares about their home getting done right. The roofs look amazing!!
Jun 27, 2024 · Mason starkThey hire lots of unlicensed people to do jobs. Very irresponsible. They hire anyone from the streets. The way things are now a days becareful. Also matt does not pay the help he gets. He over charges. You could get the job done cheaper with a01 roofing and professional people. Matt gets desperate he runs out of funds and starts using people for free labor. Very bad person
