This indicates significant reliability problems that could pose risks.

Sep 17, 2020 · Travis GoetzWe feel duped and taken advantage of. We were told this would be able to perform in specific ways and it cannot. Along with that, it took months to perform training, which represents months of down time that you are paying for this service. The study materials were utterly inadequate and barely covered the pertinent topics, resulting in failures. The on-line system they have tried to employ to navigate the training process is cumbersome, confusing and incomplete. After finally completing the training, we were then notified of further training that there was never any previous mention of.The hardware (drones) are junk. We went through 3 drones in our first 8 flights, due to mechanical failure. One of them literally dropped out of the sky onto a customers house. Thank goodness no one was injured. We spoke to XAP 360 and politely asked them about returning their hardware to them, and canceling the remainder of of our contract, due to the massive failure of this product and its execution. They refused. So now we simply feel that we have been lied to and stole from.Don't be fooled and taken advantage of like we were.
Dec 17, 2019 · Jay GreeneI've been working with Kaz and the team at XAP 360 for a few months now and they've been wonderful. Always extremely responsive to requests for reports, providing assistance with reviewing missions and working through technical difficulties. I would highly recommend this company!
