Capitol Improvements built a deck for my above ground pool. I've never worked with a company where the owner "Pat" was so hands on to make sure everything was handled well. He sent text messages to keep us posted as project went along. We are very pleased with deck, it is beautiful and can't wait to use it this summer. The guys who built/installed it were great. They worked thru the cold to get the job done. John the project manager was great with helping us choose the best product and design. I would recommend this Co to anyone needing a deck built or other work they offer.

I hired Capital Improvements to replace the worn out three-tab shingles on my roof with GAF architectural singles. They did great work and completed the roof replacement in one day. The owner Pat is very friendly and communicative. He was also patient with me while I shopped around with different companies, and even considered a metal roof. The price was a about 25% higher than the cheapest quotes I received, but decided to go with Pat because he's replaced the roofs on many of my neighbors' houses and they all look great.His crew was great as well. Tearing off an old roof is a messy job and the crew did a great job of cleaning up everything. Couldn't even tell they were there.I'm very satisifed and will consider Capital Improvements for other work, such as installing a patio or deck at my house.
