Buyers beware. This company is a joke. They are not responsible for their actions. Lies behind lies until I finally threaten to sue that I see any kind of service and care for taking my money. Ordered windows back in June. I was given an excuse every month of why coronavirus was the cause of me not getting my windows in fact salesman James “quote” I didn’t create coronavirus when I text him on the third month of waiting and no follow up. When asked where my windows were and how much longer would it take for them to install he gave me the Manufacturers phone number as if though that was my job after hiring him to do it. When they finally receive the windows I waited an additional two weeks for them to install again James gave me the phone number to the window installer as if that was my job to do so.but it gets worse it’s bad enough that I was put off and dismissed with true concerns to why I was waiting so long for my windows to come in and be installed but James often confuse me as a Lawnman finding that it was funny because we had the same name. One time I called and he even thought I was a different customer and told me that everything was on its way and everything was fine to later find out that he had me confused with someone else and had not even measured my windows and ordered them two weeks after his deposit was given. Insult top of injury I got a phone call from one of the so-called owners at the point that I was at no return (4th month) for him to try to dismiss the situation as things that just happen and offer me a gift card for dinner.(in my eyes just cheapened their business even more).im sure that was a lie too.Finally got a Install date for the windows and was guaranteed by Chad that he would come personally to the install. Again lies! Nor him nor James show their face and only sent the installers (third-party which were very humble and nice.) This company goes around subcontracting all their work and just mark up the jobs to a Premium price. No premium service here. So In closing I finally get The windows installed to only find out that they’re missing a window. Are you surprised when I asked installer he said “I measured them and they told me to take them off.(James is worse that a car salesmen) so full of it. buyers beware. But of course they wanted their money immediately. Two phone calls from Chad to find out if I was OK and I’ve enjoyed the windows oh and by the way have you mailed a check. Buyers beware. They only called me when they needed payments but never bothered to call me when there where issues with my windows I I totally understand the coronavirus has made a difference in our lives but communication is Key. A company that doesn’t communicate is not worthy of my money.
