Impeccable!!If you’re looking for a Great roofing or home improvement experience you found it!!As difficult as it is to deal with insurance companies Dave at Fixler Roofing was Absolutely amazing! From setting a time to meet with the adjuster, to finishing the job.Dave took time to address any concerns and also explain the process to me, also suggesting a color that would work well with my house, and future plans.The pricing and work itself was second to none. The crew showed up early and the job was completed in half a day. I have already received comments from neighbors about how efficient and clean the crew worked, and how remarkable the roof looks. It’s easy to see why Fixler roofing has such Great reviews.So do yourself a favor and call Dave at Fixler Roofing. I will definitely return for future work.I could not be happier with their work!!!

Hired them to do a complete tear off and shingle replacement including replacing two large skylights. Eight man crew did the job in one day. Workmanship is first class. They were meticulous in cleaning up before they left. The new roof looks great. I recommend them.

I have been a construction superintendent and/or project manager for almost 40 years for commercial, multi - family and single family construction so I know what I am talking about when I say that..........Fixler Roofing is THE best roofing contractor I have ever worked with.From the first time the owner, Dave, stopped over the house to review our needs and determine the complete scope of work, to keeping their schedule and performing a new installation, the entire process was seamless and perfect.I highly recommend Fixler Roofing.The workmanship and attention to detail was excellent.Super satisfied and can not say enough good things about this company.

I contacted Fixler about having my roof vent painted. Metals from the vent were leaching into the roof. I called and i was told about the process that would be used for painting (ie special high temp paint was supposed to be used). I was told I would get a call to schedule a time for someone to come out. I never got a call and someone showed up at my door without advance knowledge. I had actually already decided to go with another company that was half the price but since someone was already out i decided to go with Fixler. The worker painted the vent in about 10 mins with Krylon paint and I was charged $300. I was skeptical but it looked ok and i am not an expert so I didnt want to argue. Fast forward to less than a year later and rust marks are bleeding thru the paint. If more time had been taken originally, if better paint and been used and rough areas were sanded, I am sure the paint job would have stayed. I contacted the owner and I was told the original worker would be sent out to fix it. After a month and multiple calls we were told the worker no longer works for the company and the owner said he could send someone else out but it would be $375. Even though all conversations made i sound like it would be covered, the owner said there is no warranty on repair work. Be warned if you use Fixler for repair work, you will overpay and not have a warranty if issues arise less than a year later. I normally dont waste time with reviews but the original job was not performed appropriately and the owner will do nothing about itResponse to owners reply: I live in North Royalton which is listed as an area serviced on your homepage. The response is not accurate. The contact was supposed to call us and never did. We never agreed to paying for a second time and the work was never done. You came out to paint the pipe, didn’t do the necessary steps to paint it appropriately and now less than a year later it is leaching on the roof again. If you weren’t able to perform the work to the quality required, you never should have taken the work on. I never got to ask about a warranty because the company sent someone out without letting me know. I don’t know what roofing company has no warranty though. This isn’t repair work on a roof it is painting a vent that you didn’t do appropriately. I originally called painters and they told me to contact a roofing company. The roofer that came out from your company said that you guys paint those all the time. Please watch out if needing repair work as the owners response below doesn’t even make sense and they have no accountability for their work.

Edit 5/7/24:The owner reached out to me after posting this review. We discussed the issue further and they agreed to issue a full refund for the unsuccessful repairs. I will say I wish this resolution was reached before leaving a review, but am really appreciative and glad we ended on a positive note and the situation was made right. Adjusted review from 2 to 4 stars.I never enjoy having to leave a negative review, but constructive feedback is how people and businesses grow. I hired Fixler Roofing last year to fix 3 issues in the roof, water overrun of the gutter on the front porch, water overrun over the back garage service door and a water leak into my garage. After the first attempt, only the water overrun on the front of the house was fixed, but not the overrun in the back or the leak in the garage. Fixler Roofing came back out a second time to take care of the overrun in the back at no charge and was able to resolve the issue which was much appreciated.Unfortunately, the garage roof leak was not resolved. I contacted Fixler Roofing to inquire into what would be done to further resolve the issue and was told there is no warranty on repair work. I understood this was in the contract, but asked why a warranty would even be applicable to the situation given that the repair was not completed in a satisfactory manner. I understand roofing repair could be tricky, but can't understand how you can charge a customer money and not make successful repairs. I paid $600 for the repairs to the garage roof and was told it would be $3000 if I wanted Fixler Roofing to come back out again as they would need to tear that entire section of roof out to address the issue. As I found out, a roof teardown would have been completely unnecessaryI ended up hiring another roofer who came out and was able to quickly identify the issue which was in the front corner where the roof meets the siding. Fixler Roofing suspected this area too, but didn't successfully implement a repair. The second roofer informed me that the flashing Fixler Roofing installed in an attempt to repair the issue was not properly installed. It was installed over the existing shingles and siding, nailed to the singles and then caulked. The flashing should be installed under the shingles and siding. This resulted in multiple shingles having to be replaced as part of the repair to properly redo/reinstall the flashing and repair the spot where water was entering into the garage.I don't want to leave out the positives, and why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. David from Fixler roofing was very prompt in responding to calls and emails and I do appreciate him helping me to try and find a roofing company that would be willing to guarantee their repair work and offering me a lot of guidance throughout process. I can't speak for the quality of work on new roofs (given the # of 5 stars I would assume they do great work there), but I can't recommend Fixler Roofing for repair work when they won't stand behind their work. I don't agree with charging or attempting to charge customers thousands of dollars for repair work without any kind of guarantee that their work will fix the issue. The second roofer I hired advised that if his work doesn't resolve the issue, he will revisit it free of charge and I believe that's how a company should operate if they are unsuccessful in fulfilling their duties to make repairs. At the very least, I would offer a refund if unsatisfactory work was performed and at least be willing to look into the issue more before blindly wanting to do a roof teardown.
