I regret choosing Mighty Dog Roofing Aventura for my roofing project. They made so many big promises when we signed the contract, but absolutely failed to deliver.First, the timeline they provided was a complete joke. They ignored it entirely, leaving us in limbo for far longer than expected with zero communication about the delays. When you’re told a job will be done by a certain time, you expect the company to stick to it—or at least keep you in the loop. Mighty Dog clearly didn’t care.Second, our contract specifically stated there would be an English-speaking manager onsite at all times. That never happened. Not even once. This was a key part of why we chose them, and it was just blatantly disregarded. Anytime we had questions or concerns, there was no one to talk to who could properly address them. It felt like we were being left to figure things out ourselves.Overall, this company is all talk and no follow-through. They make you believe they can handle everything, only to leave you frustrated and disappointed. Save yourself the headache and avoid Mighty Dog Roofing Aventura. I wish I had.

Ricardo is awesome. I was worried about how quickly and how expensive it was going to be fixing a roof issue. Ricardo's team inspected the roof with a drone, and were able to pinpoint and quickly resolve the issue, I must say far less expensive that I had anticipated. Would surely recommend their service.

This company attempted to fix a leak behind a fascia board by sealing the bottom of the fascia board instead of sealing the top of the fascia. Roof repair experts have determined water intrusion on a roof must be corrected at the top to prevent water falling into the interior of the roof creating damage. The sealing at the bottom of the fascia did not allow the water entering at the top to drain and therefore left stagnating in the roof’s interior which would ultimately root the wood and create a potential roof collapse. The end result of this process has contributed or added to the existing problems of this roof. It is obvious that the process employed has further damaged my roof instead of repairing it. This process was executed by the roofing technician/ roofer being fully cognizant of the negative and damaging consequences that would impact the roof. Authorization for work on the roof was provided for completion of repairs not completion of damages. Perhaps had the selection of another one of the proposal submissions had been taken the outcome would have been ultimately a more beneficial and successful one as surely, the work for the repair suggestions had been based on expertise and valuable roofing experience. This and similar events are best described as unconscionable actions directed and imposed on an elderly individual.
